As clubs, traders and individual advance bookings are received, the aerial view image will be marked up to provide a show site plan for the day.

Show set up from 14:00 - traders and food vendors may arrive from 2pm.
*** Limited Friday Night Camping - if you wish to attend from Friday afternoon pleae enquire in advance. Spaces for Friday night camping are limited and by prior arrangement only.
We respectfully request all those who stay overnight vacate their pitches by midday. We welcome any volunteer help to clear the field during the day.
