Elemental isn't just about Volkswagens .We are laying on a heap of entertainment throughout the day including live music and attractions;
Once upon a time, before there was an internet, before TV, before radio, even before there were books!
All the stories in the world were kept by The Storytellers.
And, even today, a story is always best when it's being told......
Raggedy Jack will be telling two stories at midday and two more stories around 3pm for the entertainment of our younger dubbers :)

After his unique presentation style went down so well in 2010 and 2011 we have asked compere, comedian and all round funny man Cleggfu back to host the show again in 2012.
Chest Five is the Shutupfool Podcast, presented by Clegg & Stav, with a little help from Pete & Steve. Finding new music and events, reviewing it and sharing it with everyone else, and sometimes they like to have the odd chat in between :-).
Creme De Chevre are, in our opinion, the perfect band to follow on this year from Hobo Jones & The Junkyard Dogs storming show closing set in 2011. With a brand of humour and music somewhere between rockabilly and skiffle and a whole host of popular tunes and festival favourites covered in their own unique style we know you're going to love Creme De Chevre.
Back by popular demand for 2012 after they stormed the 2011 show as support for Hobo Jones & the Junkyard Dogs, Deferred Sucess left their infectious melodies imprinted in the minds of many after last year's show. Cider on the Beach, Ode to TR, the one about Razorlight not being very good and their unique cover of Carter USM's Sheriff Fatman, Deferred Sucess are always a crowd pleaser with the VW scene.
Distant American cousins of Wino Tyrone and Miser Bill, Johnny "The Country" Crow and Willie "The Fury" Ford bring a comedy twist to country music. Born and brought up in a really small Texan town, learned to hitch-hike and play music. Went on the road. That's about it.
The Devil's Prefects. They play songs. They like Smokey & The Bandit a whole lot.
Tiger Blood, a band that just gets better and better year by year.
Hard working and playing venues from London to Nottingham the band is always very supportive of the show and adds music for music lovers to the lineup.
We are very happy to have Tiger Blood back once again for what is becoming a bit of a residency gig for them :)
Presenting (once again) the awesome Ghosts of Men!
Making a loud noise playing "Proper Rock" Ghosts of Men played several shows on the VW circuit in 2011
Opening the main entertainment this year; The Fundamentals Band are an outstanding 6 piece Covers Band who perform a huge variety of songs with an energetic live show
Caitlin & Jake are a duo who started out playing songs together after their band broke up. First seen by the Elemental talent scouts on the open mic acoustic stage at Wivenhoe May Festival in 2011, Cait's clear crisp vocals have earned her bookings across Essex throughout the year. We urge you to go and see Caitlin & Jake in the Chest Five tent during the day.
Ren is 17 years old, and an as yet unsigned acoustic musician from Essex. Having opened the Elemental Live! night for us on the 4th of February Ren went down a storm and we've invited her back to do an acoustic slot in the Chest Five tent at the show.
The Dulcet Tones are a high-energy indie/rock covers band that went down a storm at Whitenoise 2011 and we're very pleased to have them come and play at Elemental 2012 .
The five piece line up delivers fast paced, enthusiastic performances, combining quality musicianship with a great song choice ranging from the Foo Fighters to Razorlight, Oasis to Chuck Berry and many more.
Electronica dance fusion band from Chelmsford, Essex. Back for an unprecedented fourth year providing the perfect mid afternoon chillout with a refreshing electronic sound.
Dead Dux will also be performing a silent gig in the Silent Disco later in the evening.
Food & drinks stalls will be available on site and there's always the bar...
